1. Who We Are

vcapital.ae is operated by Vikraant K Parcha, trading as V Capital Dubai (“V Capital”, “we”, “us”), a private real estate intelligence and advisory business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What This Policy Covers

It covers this website, our enquiry forms, chat, WhatsApp and phone contact, our newsletters and market reports, and our property advisory services. It follows UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where it applies to you, other data-protection laws such as the GDPR.

3. What We Collect

• What you tell us — your name, contact details, nationality and country of residence, your property needs (areas, budget, timing, type of property, how you plan to pay) and anything you write in a form, chat or message.
• For clients we advise or transact with — identity documents, proof of address, and information about the source of your funds, which the law requires us to check.
• How you use our site (only if you allow it) — the pages, market reports, areas, developers and properties you view, the tools and calculators you use, how long you stay, the page you came from, and the device and browser you use. This is information about your interest in property.
• Technical information needed to run and protect the site, such as your IP address and security logs.

We do not set out to collect sensitive information such as your health, religion, political views or family circumstances. Please do not send it to us unless it is needed for your transaction.

5. Your Choices About Tracking and Advertising

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject or choose which categories to allow. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works fully either way. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. The cookies and tools we use are listed in our Cookie Policy. We treat your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal as a refusal of marketing cookies.

If you allow marketing, we may build a picture of your property interests from the pages and tools you use, and our advertising partners may show you our ads elsewhere based on it. We do not use this to learn about your private life.

6. Who We Share It With

We share personal data only as needed, with:

• service providers who work for us under contract, such as website hosting, analytics, advertising, live chat, scheduling, messaging, email and document storage providers;
• developers, banks, lawyers and other professionals involved in your transaction, only with your agreement and only what their step needs;
• authorities and regulators where the law requires it;
• a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised or sold, on the same protections.

We do not sell your personal data.

7. Transfers Outside the UAE

Some providers store or process data outside the UAE. Where that happens we require protections that the law accepts, such as contractual safeguards, and we share no more than is needed. Where data leaves the UAE, the EEA or the UK, we rely on an adequacy decision, the standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authority, or your explicit consent, and we assess the recipient’s protections first. You may ask for a copy of the safeguards by contacting us below.

8. How Long We Keep It

Only as long as needed for the purpose. In general: site-usage and interest information for up to 13 months; enquiries that do not proceed for up to 24 months; chat records up to 12 months; client due-diligence and transaction records for the period required by UAE law, currently at least five years after our relationship ends. We then delete or anonymise it.

9. How We Protect It

We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted storage for client documents and confidentiality undertakings for anyone who works with us. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting you occurs, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.

10. Your Rights

You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop using it, move it to another provider, or object to marketing and profiling. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting what happened before. Contact us below; we will reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity. Where the law requires us to keep records (for example anti-money-laundering files), we will explain what we must keep and why. If you are unhappy, you may complain to us first and then to the UAE Data Office or your local regulator.

We serve clients from many countries and apply one high standard to everyone. If a specific law protects you, these additional terms apply:

Sharing for advertising

If you allow marketing, advertising partners may receive identifiers and information about your property interests to show you our ads. Under some laws this is called “sharing” or “targeted advertising”. You can switch it off at any time in Cookie settings, and we honour opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control. We do not sell personal data for money.

11. Automated Decisions

We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you solely by automated means. Our tools help our team understand your interests; people make the decisions.

12. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

13. Other Websites

Our pages may link to other sites, including developers and partners. Their privacy practices are their own.

14. Changes

We may update this policy. The date and version above show the current text; we will highlight important changes on the site and ask for your consent again where the law requires.
